Bookings made more than five (5) calendar days before your procedure

A non-refundable deposit of $105 is required and will be applied toward your final balance. Your deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Deposit instructions will be sent to you by email and SMS, and a Med Miami Concierge Coordinator will contact you within 1 business day.

Certain services, including any service with a total exceeding $1,000, require a non-refundable deposit of $205 rather than $105. If this applies to your service, your Concierge Coordinator will assist you further and send an invoice for the remaining deposit balance.

Note: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than five (5) calendar days before your scheduled procedure date. Failure to pay the final balance by this deadline will result in cancellation of your services. Any deposit previously paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Bookings made within five (5) calendar days of your procedure

Your entire service balance, including the deposit and any applicable fees, is due at the time of booking. A Med Miami Concierge Coordinator will contact you within 1 business day to confirm availability and complete your reservation.

Note: Your reservation is not secured until full payment has been received and Med Miami has confirmed availability in writing.
