Well first off I need to thank Mr. Turner because he was the first member of the team I dealt with. He picked me up from the airport ($80) which was $30 cheaper than if I would have taken a uber. He was GREAT! His backseat is converted into a chase seat and even has a tv which makes you feel like you're in a limo! He opened my door and put my bags away. Definitely would recommend if you are coming from out of town. I had surgery in September and I had Jessica my first day after surgery and Kim on the 2nd and 3rd day. Both were so awesome but I want to especially thank Kim because she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She had the biggest smile and a wonderful personality. She was always 10 steps ahead of whatever I needed. She is very knowledgeable as well about what is normal for recovery and alerted the nurse immediately when she noticed something that might be a complication. I'm very grateful that she was my recovery nurse !

Update to my previous review Oct 2021: After having used this company for two surgeries both for myself and my husband for an orthopedic procedure. I attempted to book MedMiami on two occasions for a 3rd, more extensive procedure. (once in May 2021 which I canceled, and then again in Sept 2021) They were always next to impossible to reach and although I was contacting them months in advance, they delayed my booking for weeks on end. Days and weeks would go by with no responses to basic questions. They put me in a position both times to where I wasn't confident that I would have aftercare. As a third-time customer who just wanted to pay my deposit and book care with a company that I thought I could depend on, I'm so disappointed that their service has drastically declined from my previous really positive experiences with them. I'm under the impression that this company is focusing more on other parts of their business (they also have aftercare seminars and now a limo company for parties) that post-surgical care is no longer a priority or focus for them. If you're looking for post-op care, at this point, I would not recommend this business. Original review from May 2020: I'm extremely pleased with my experience with MedMiami. They were professional, thorough, and caring. My surgery was supposed to be a 3 hr procedure and it ended up taking 6 hrs. My son was worried and my caretaker Deysey was there to reassure him, even though she didn't know why... sometimes that's just what you need. I had a prepared a 'recovery room' in my home and she went through and adjusted everything to be immediately ready for me upon my arrival. My blood pressure was low due to the lengthy surgery and she made it her personal goal to stabilize that, which she did successfully. She was great about making sure I took my meds on time and was able to help me track down a compression garment that I needed as well. Natasha, the owner, is genuine and caring and involved with every client. I really appreciate that personal touch. I 'tried this service out' because I'm planning more extensive surgery for the future and I can confidently say that I will be employing their services again.

I can’t express how fabulous & absolutely amazing Med Miami is! This was my first ever cosmetic procedure and let me tell you I felt safe and extremely well taken care of by my recovery assistant Deysy. She had everything prepared when I arrived after surgery. Took my vitals making sure I was ok & comfortable. She went over & above many times with doing my pharmacy run as well as using her personal time to take my daughter out around Miami. Both my daughter & I feel we have made a lifelong friend here in Miami. Ladies if you want to feel comfortable and safe after surgery make sure to book MED MIAMI.

I wanted to thank u again 4 such a positive and great experience, I was not disappointed at all. It was beyond my expectations. From the beginning just on the phone with Natasha customer service was on point, Mayer my recovery companion was awesome, she was so attentive to my needs,super friendly,helpful,ontop of what she needed to do without asking.. I needed cbd gummies and u guys were out of them and you made a call and had them deliver to me,that just showed how much u guys are about yr patients (ty) and finally hooking me up with transportation to the airport 😊. 1 stop shop. Loved it.. ty ask for Mayer for yr recovery
